Account Access

• Our employees may need to access your account for support or troubleshooting.
• By contacting support, you allow this unless you explicitly request otherwise.

User Content

• You are responsible for any data, information, or material (“User Content”) you submit.
• You must ensure the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
• We are not liable for the deletion, loss, or storage issues related to User Content.
• Administrators can manage User Content and user access at their discretion.
• We may remove User Content without notice if it breaches these Terms.

Your Responsibilities

• You’re responsible for all activities under your account and must follow all applicable laws.
• You must comply with your employer’s or Administrator’s policies.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use or security breaches.
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information.

Permitted Uses & License

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for internal business purposes only.
• You may not resell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use the Services to compete with us.
• Don’t send spam, store illegal content, introduce malware, disrupt Services, or attempt unauthorized access.

Payment & Refunds

• A valid credit card is required for paid accounts, if payments are not handled via bank transfer upon invoice.
• All fees are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and are non-refundable.
• No refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
• Any plan changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
• You’re responsible for all taxes.

Modifications to the App & Pricing

• We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.
• We’ll try to notify you of significant changes or disruptions.
• Prices and features may change; we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice via email if your plan is affected.
• We are not liable for modifications, price changes, or discontinuations.

Cancellation & Termination

• Cancel your account directly with a written notice to your dedicated Account Manager.
• Upon cancellation, your User Content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• If you cancel before the end of your paid period, cancellation takes effect immediately.
• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without liability.

Third-Party Content

• Third-party content or links may appear on the Website.
• We are not responsible for third-party terms, conditions, or content.
• Any dealings with third-party content providers are solely between you and them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from:

• Your use of customer data that infringes third-party rights.
• Your violation of these Terms or related warranties.
• Breaches by your users.
• We’ll cooperate with you, but you must control the defense and settlement of claims.

Representations & Warranties

• Each party warrants they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
• We’ll provide Services generally consistent with industry standards.
• You warrant you haven’t misrepresented your identity and that your billing info is accurate.

Disclaimer

• We provide the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free Services.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Internet Delays

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the internet or electronic communications.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, or your use of Backend Architects products.
• We are not liable for events beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

• We may change these Terms or related policies at any time.
• Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Assignment

• You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
• We may assign without your consent to an affiliate, acquirer, or successor.

General

• These Terms are governed by law of the Republic of Slovenia.
• If any provision is invalid, the remainder still applies.
• No joint venture, partnership, or employment is created by these Terms.
• Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us.
